Student Registration Portal opens on:
Monday 6th July 2026
1. Access the Student Registration Portal

2. You will need the student's SEA Number or Birth Certificate PIN Number and Date of Birth to access the portal
3. Click LOGIN - Read the instructions carefully and complete accurately.
4. You will be required to upload a CLEAR COPY of the following COMPULSORY documents onto the registration portal. (Please ensure clear, clean images/pictures of the required documents are uploaded. jpeg, png or pdf will be accepted )
Child's Birth Certificate (Computer Generated)
Immunization / Health Card
SEA Performace Report
Student (s) must be accompanied by a Parent or LEGAL Guardian. If the Parent or Legal Guardian is unable to be present for verification day then the representative MUST provide an authorization letter along with a copy of the Parent/Legal Guardian’s Identification.
The following ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS along with a copy are required and must be presented for verification.
Original Birth Certificate (Computer Generated)
Original Immunization / Health Card
Original SEA Performance Report
Proof of Citizenship (if born outside of Trinidad and Tobago)
Valid student permit (if non-national)
Parent's ID / Legal Guardian ID
Student(s) will not be registered if any COMPULSORY documents are missing!
Note: If you were unable to upload the documents onto the Portal, you will be required to walk with a copy along with the original on Verification Day.
CONTRIBUTION FEE: $600 will be required on the day of registration.
