Student Registration Portal opens on: Monday 7th July 2025
1. Access the Student Registration Portal below
2. You will need the student's SEA Number or Birth Certificate PIN Number and Date of Birth to access the portal
3. Click LOGIN
4. You will be required to upload a copy of the following documents onto the registration portal. (Please ensure a clear, clean image/picture of the required documents are uploaded. jpeg, png or pdf will be accepted )
Child's Birth Certificate
Immunization / Health Card
SEA Placement Slip
Student (s) must be accompanied by a LEGAL parent or Guardian. If the LEGAL parent or Guardian is unable to be present for verification day then the representative MUST provide an authorization letter along with a copy of the LEGAL parent/Guardian’s Identification.
The following documents are required:
Original Birth Certificate
Original Immunization / Health Card
Original SEA Placement Slip
P.E. Uniform t-shirts will be made available at the school at a cost of $68.00 in the New Term. Black Track Pants can be bought at any Sports Stores or Bookstores nationwide.
Note: If you were unable to upload the documents onto the Portal, you will be required to walk with a copy along with the original on Verification Day. Photocopying facilities will NOT AVAILABLE at the school.

DO NOT SUBMIT more than ONE (1) RESPONSE per student.
Parents requesting TRANSFERS or NOT ACCEPTING THEIR POSITION MUST visit the Administration Office of St. Joseph Secondary School on Wednesday 7th July 2025 during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
